Personally I can remember stuttering from the age of 4, where I went to intensive therapy to pronounce โ€œboyโ€ or โ€œgirlโ€, all the way to college still getting caught up on โ€œsโ€ words and having people finish my sentences (FYI, donโ€™t do that to people who stutter). These are three steps that allowed me to break free of stuttering. โฃ

Stuttering is a condition with no known cure with most treatment management based. Tell yourself itโ€™s okay to be someone who stutters. Let others know you stutter or have whatever issue. It is only a small part of who you are and to most it wonโ€™t make any difference. โฃ

No matter what the problem, our level of willpower to prevent it or treatment strategy we will all fail sometimes. Be comfortable with failing. Get back up and keep trying. For stuttering, you have to finish the sentence to be heard anyways so donโ€™t stop talking just because you fear stuttering.โฃ
